Lite Berry-Lime Punch

1 liter Soda-Club Diet Cranberry-Raspberry (highly carbonated - 5 buzzes)
1 liter Soda-Club Diet Lemon-Lime (highly carbonated - 5 buzzes)
1/2 liter raspberry flavored vodka (optional)

  • Pour all ingredients over ice in a punch bowl
  • Garnish with slices of citrus (lemons, limes and oranges) and whole frozen red raspberries
  • Hint from the chef: The fizzier you make your soda, the longer the carbonation will last, and the fresher your punch will taste all through your party

 

Diet Harvest Iced Tea

4 oz. Spiced Apple Cider
6 oz. Soda-Club Diet Lemon-Lime
6 oz. Sugar-Free Iced Tea

  • Mix all ingredients and add ice.
  • Especially good garnished with a cinnamon stick and a slice of orange!
  • Note from the chef: To make spiced cider, heat one gallon in a saucepan or crock pot with 6-8 cinnamon sticks and 1 tablespoon of whole cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate.

 

 

Tart and Tiny
4 oz. Soda-Club Diet Pink Grapefruit
4 oz. Soda-Club Diet Cranberry-Raspberry
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 1/2 oz. Raspberry liqueur
Slice of orange

  • Over ice in a highball glass, pour gin and raspberry liqueur
  • Add Diet Pink Grapefruit and Diet Cranberry-Raspberry sodas
  • Stir gently
  • Garnish with a slice of orange
  • Variation: Use orange liqueur instead of raspberry

Guilt-Free Root Beer Float
12 oz. Soda-Club Diet Root Beer
1 scoop vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt or low-carb ice cream
(You can use two scoops for added decadence!)

  • Fill a 16 oz. glass 3/4 of the way with Soda-Club Diet Root Beer
  • Carefully add scoop(s) of frozen yogurt or ice cream
  • Serve with a spoon and a straw
   


Cool Refreshments for Everyone

Peppermint Egg Cream

1 bottle Soda-Club Seltzer, highly carbonated (5 or more buzzes)
About 4 oz. whole milk
About 2 oz. chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon mint extract

  • Into a tall glass, pour about 2 inches of ice-cold whole milk, followed by mint extract, and insert a long spoon
  • Add extra-fizzy seltzer until the glass is nearly full
  • Slowly add chocolate syrup in a thin stream and stir gently to mix
  • For best results, use very cold ingredients
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a candy cane

Cranberry Lime Sparkler

  • Adjust combination to taste

Witch's Brew

Witch's Brew Halloween Party Punch
1 liter Soda-Club Grape Soda
1 liter Soda-Club Orange Soda
Orange Sherbet
Lime Sherbet
Frozen Hand

  • In a "cauldron," mix equal parts Soda-Club Grape and Orange sodas.
  • Float scoops of orange and lime sherbet to make the punch look extra toxic.
  • Or, for a ghoulish garnish, fill a clean disposable glove with water and freeze until hard.
  • Remove the glove and float your ice hand in the punch. Eerie Halloween fun!

  • Pour Cream Soda and Orange Soda over ice in a large tumbler
  • Stir to mix

Hawaiian Burst

Pineapple Juice

  • Fill a large tumbler with crushed ice
  • Fill up 1/3 with pineapple juice, 1/3 with Soda-Club Energy Drink and top off with 1/3 Soda-Club Diet Lemon-Lime (or regular Lemon-Lime)
Note from the chef: Other tropical juices are also very good in this drink recipe – try pineapple-orange-guava!

Cranberry Juice
Fresh Lemon Juice
Sugar (optional)

  • In a large tumbler with ice, squeeze juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • Fill glass about halfway with cranberry juice
  • Top off with Soda-Club Lemon-Lime soda
Variation: Substitute lime juice in place of lemon.

 

 

Berry Dream
4 oz. Soda-Club Cranberry-Raspberry
2 oz. Light cream
1/4 cup Strawberries, raspberries or blueberries in syrup
1 cup ice

  • In a blender, puree ice, cream and berries until smooth and creamy
  • Pour into a cup and stir in soda
  • Extra special treat: Serve in a martini glass, garnished with a sprig of mint and fresh berries

Shirley Temple
8 oz. Soda-Club Ginger Ale
1 1/2 oz. Grenadine or maraschino cherry juice
Maraschino cherries

  • Pour grenadine or cherry juice over ice. Add Ginger Ale and serve with a cherry on top!
 

New York Egg Cream
1 bottle Soda-Club Seltzer, highly carbonated (5 or more buzzes)
About 4 oz. Low-carb whole milk
About 2 oz. Low-carb chocolate syrup

Cos-Mojito

2 springs of fresh mint leaves
4 oz. Soda-Club Seltzer
2 oz. Soda-Club Cranberry-Raspberry (diet or regular)
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Lime wedge for garnish
Potional: 1 oz. of vodka

  • Place half of mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass with lime juice and optional vodka
  • Muddle mint leaves slightly to infuse mint flavor, if desired
  • Fill glass half way with ice and pour in Cranberry-Raspberry soda. Stir. Top with Soda-Club Seltzer
  • Garnish with the rest of the mint and the slice of lime
 
Apple Wine Spritzer
3 oz. Soda-Club Apple-Peach soda
3 oz. White Wine
Apple slices (optional)
  • Mix Soda-Club Apple-Peach soda and your favorite white wine in a wine glass (over ice, if you like.)
  • Garnish with apple slice.
  • For best results, both the soda and the wine should be thoroughly chilled.

 

Pete's Tropical Breeze

1 Liter Pete's Choice (highly carbonated – about 6 buzzes)
3 shots coconut rum (brand of choice)
3 cups Crushed ice
Small Umbrellas if desired

  • Add 1 cup of crushed ice to a tall glass (about 12 oz)
  • pour 1 shot of rum into bottom of glass
  • Carefully add soda to glass as it will fizz big time!
A wonderfully festive grown-up soda drink with or without alcohol!
 

Fizzy O'Melon

1 shot Midori melon liqueur
1 shot lemon-flavored vodka
8 oz. Soda-Club Lemon-Lime soda or sparkling water

  • Pour all ingredients over crushed ice in a cocktail shaker
  • Stir gently to mix and strain into martini glasses
  • Garnish with a slice of honeydew melon or kiwi fruit

Russian Crush

4 oz. Lemon Vodka
2 strawberries (optional)
Makes 2 servings

  • Fill a large tumbler with crushed ice
  • Pour vodka over ice, then add Ginger Ale and Pink Grapefruit soda
  • Stir gently to mix
  • Strain into martini glasses and garnish with strawberries
  • Share with your Valentine!

 

Cranberry Orange Holiday Fizz

1 liter Soda-Club Cranberry-Raspberry soda
1 liter Soda-Club Orange-Mango soda
2 cups cranberry juice
2 cups gin or orange vodka (optional)
2 cups frozen whole cranberries
2 oranges, sliced

  • Add all ingredients to a large punch bowl
  • To keep punch cold throughout the evening, replenish frozen cranberries (they act as miniature ice cubes) or make an ice ring by freezing water, cranberries and oranges in a gelatin mold and let it float in the punch.

 

Ginger Julep

4 oz. Soda-Club Diet Ginger Ale
2 oz. Unsweetened iced tea
2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 tsp. Sugar substitute
4 sprigs of fresh mint

  • In a highball glass, muddle (or crush) the leaves from three sprigs of mint and the sugar substitute with the back of a spoon to release the flavor
  • Fill glass with crushed ice
  • Add bourbon and tea, and top with Diet Ginger Ale
  • Stir lightly and garnish with the remaining sprig of mint

1/3 capful of Soda-Club Tonic SodaMix
1/3 capful of Soda-Club Orange SodaMix
1/3 capful of Soda-Club Pink Grapefruit SodaMix
1 liter of Soda-Club Sparkling Water

  • Combine Tonic, Orange and Pink Grapefruit SodaMix syrup flavors and add to carbonated water
  • Shake gently to mix and allow to settle. Makes 1 liter of Tony Collins mixer
  • Add 6 oz. of mixer to 2 oz. gin over ice for a Collins cocktail
  • Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange.

Red Sangria
1 liter of Soda-Club Orange-Mango soda
1 bottle of rioja or other red Spanish table wine
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of Spanish brandy
Lemon, lime, orange, strawberries

  • Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces and mix with brandy and sugar in a medium bowl. Allow to macerate for several hours or overnight.
  • Just before serving, combine fruit mixture, wine and Orange-Mango soda in a large glass pitcher.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon and pour into wine glasses to serve, being sure to include bits of fruit in each glass. Makes 8-10 servings.
 

Parrothead
6 oz. Soda-Club Orange-Mango
2 oz. Coconut rum

  • Pour rum over ice and add Orange-Mango soda
  • Stir gently to mix
  • Garnish with a wedge of pineapple or a slice of mango
  • For variety, try using mango or pineapple flavored rum

Nutty Professor
8 oz. Soda-Club Cream Soda
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
Whipped cream (optional)

  • Add vodka and amaretto to a tall glass filled with ice
  • Pour in Cream Soda and stir gently
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
 

Fizzy Gin and Juice
4 oz. Soda-Club Pink Grapefruit
1 1/2 oz. Gin

  • Combine gin and Pink Grapefruit over ice
  • Garnish with a twist of lemon peel

Shooting Star
4 oz. Soda-Club Tonic
2 oz. Orange juice
1 1/2 oz. Rum
1 oz. Lime juice

  • Combine orange juice, lime juice and rum in a cocktail shaker
  • Shake vigorously, and strain over ice
  • Add Tonic, stir gently and garnish with slices of fresh orange and lime
 

Fizz-mopolitan
4 oz. Soda-Club Diet Cranberry-Raspberry
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
Lime wedge

  • Fill a tall glass with ice
  • Add vodka, triple sec and soda
  • Stir gently and strain into a martini glass
  • Squeeze lime wedge into drink
  • Garnish with additional lime, if desired

Nutty Professor
8 oz. Soda-Club Cream Soda
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
Whipped cream (optional)

  • Add vodka and amaretto to a tall glass filled with ice
  • Pour in Cream Soda and stir gently

Non-Beverage Recipes
What else can you do with sodamix?

Hawaiian Chicken - serves 6

6-8 chicken breasts
(or 6-10 of your favorite pieces)
2-4 cups of Soda-Club Orange-Mango soda

  • Place chicken in non-reactive bowl and pour soda over to cover
  • Allow to marinate overnight
  • Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through
    (internal temperature should register 165F.)
Hint from the chef: Marinated meat cooks faster than non-marinated meat so you should adjust your cooking time accordingly.
 

Ginger Salmon - serves 4

4 Salmon Filets
Soda-Club Ginger Ale sodamix
1 small bunch of scallions

  • Place salmon fillets skin side down in a baking pan
  • Generously coat with Soda-Club Ginger Ale sodamix
  • Chop one bunch of scallions (white bulbs and some of
    green tops) into 1/2" slices and sprinkle on top of salmon.
  • Grill over medium-hot coals to your desired doneness.

Note from the chef: "We eat ours at room temperature, or on salad greens. Also goes well with creamed potatoes, or cole slaw as accompanying vegetables. You can also use a whole side of salmon for an impressive presentation."


Cola Carmelized Strip Steaks - serves 4

4 strip steaks
2 cups Soda-Club Cola (finished soda)
Package of dry onion soup mix

  • Place 4 strip steaks in a deep baking dish
  • Rub meat with onion soup mix and pour cola over top
  • Allow to marinate 4 hours or overnight
  • Grill over hot coals to desired doneness
Hint from the chef: Marinated meat cooks faster than non-marinated meat so you should adjust your cooking time accordingly.
 

Cranberry-Ginger Pork Tenderloin - serves 2

1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb.)
12 oz. Soda-Club Cranberry-Raspberry soda
¼ cup of raspberry jam
¼ cup of soy sauce
1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger

  • Place pork tenderloin in a large zipper bag
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour into bag with pork
  • Allow to marinate 1 hour or overnight
  • Grill over medium high heat for approximately 20 minutes (155-160 degrees internal temperature.)
